They also work well for dehydrating dried fruits. Dried fruits that need to be eaten right away must be thawed first, while the frozen ones will not need this process. To make sure that the dried foods are tasty, nutritious, lightweight, and inexpensive, go for the method that uses the appropriate amount of water in relation to the weight of the product.
